Plan Participant Readiness and Review Program

ERAC has launched a new tool for Plan Participants to determine your organization’s level of readiness in response to an emergency response assistance plan (ERAP) activation. The Plan Participant Readiness and Review program is designed to:

  1. Improve your operational response readiness and highlight the importance of ERAPs, including the roles, capabilities and responsibilities of your organization and ERAC
  2. Determine your organization’s readiness through the Plan Participant Readiness and Review Self-Assessment questionnaire
  3. Offer tailored ERAP awareness training with ERAC
  4. Follow up with Plan Participants through a survey

Step 1:

To learn more about ERAP readiness, click here to view the ERAP Readiness and Review presentation.

Step 2:

Complete the Plan Participant Readiness and Review Self-Assessment questionnaire. To access the questionnaire, click here.

The Plan Participant Readiness and Review Self-Assessment questionnaire will help you determine your organization’s level of readiness, understand your role as the ERAP holder and ERAC’s roles and responsibilities. The questionnaire has been designed to help you understand if your organization needs or desires additional information.

(Submitted questionnaire information is confidential and is only used by ERAC for internal performance measurements related to training, education and continuous improvement).

Once you have reviewed the ERAP Readiness and Review presentation and completed and submitted your self-assessment questionnaire, if you feel that your organization has questions from the ERAP Readiness and Review presentation and/or did not adequately and thoroughly answer the questionnaire, move to step 3.

If you feel confident in your organization’s ERAP readiness, you have competed the Plan Participant Readiness and Review Program.

Step 3:

Your organization can request ERAC to conduct a phone call, webinar or in-house presentation to provide education to your employees about ERAP readiness that is tailored to your needs. ERAC’s in-house presentations and webinars will only be scheduled upon the request of the Plan Participant.

Step 4:

Once your organization has completed the steps 1-3, ERAC will follow-up with a survey that will request feedback on the training or webinar content provided.
