Emergency Response Assistance Canada (ERAC) has responders, response teams and ERAC-owned firefighting equipment strategically located across Canada to best support our Plan Participants in the event of an incident. These resources are available to ERAC, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ERAC Resource Locator and Incident Dashboard

ERAC has developed an ArcGIS web mapping application that aids in the location and allocation of resources and provides Plan Participant members with real-time access to all their incidents. This tool is available to all Plan Participants.
