This course ensures ERAC responders understand the basic health and physical hazards that are present at an incident. It looks closely at the four major routes by which a chemical may enter the body and the methods to prevent exposure. The course also identifies physical hazards that may be present at an incident and describes the protective measures that help reduce the risks these hazards pose. (H2S is covered within the course)
